The Fit Kickstart Challenge is a 5-day-a-week workout program designed to help you build a lean, strong body, increase strength, improve endurance, and stay consistent. Each workout is 20–30 minutes and is paired with a nutritional guide to support your training and results.

This is not traditional training with sets and reps. Instead, you’ll follow my lead through continuously changing exercises that target the same muscle groups, keeping workouts effective and engaging. I coach you through every session with clear cues—just press play and move.

You’ll follow a different prerecorded video for every workout, with the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere. The program also includes unlimited consultations with me for guidance and support throughout the challenge.
