All workout challenges and downloadable programs are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a program has been delivered, downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review the program details carefully before completing your purchase.

Subscription Program (Vimeo Library)

Our subscription program provides ongoing access to digital workout content.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

There are no hidden fees and no long-term commitment.

Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused time.
