How can I join your programs?
You can join through a one-time program or a monthly subscription. Both include coaching support and nutrition guidance. The main difference is how much workout access you receive.
What’s included in both options?
Both options include a nutritional guide, unlimited consultations, personal support, and optional access to our private Facebook group. Facebook is not required.
One-Time Program — $25. This option includes a focused 4-week workout program plus all shared benefits.
Monthly Subscription — $20/month. This option includes unlimited access to all workouts—past, current, and future—plus all shared benefits. You can cancel anytime.
Which option should I choose?
Choose the one-time program for a short-term plan. Choose the subscription for ongoing access and long-term support.
Do I get unlimited access to the workout program I purchased?
For the one-time 4-week program, access is available while the program is active and will expire after the program closes, which is typically about two months after purchase. For the monthly subscription, you receive unlimited access to all workout videos for as long as your subscription is active.
Can I play the videos anytime?
Yes. You can play the videos anytime, from anywhere—on your own schedule. No excuses.
I’m vegetarian, vegan, or have dietary restrictions. Can I still follow the nutritional guide?
Yes! The nutritional guide focuses on how to eat, not exactly what to eat. It provides flexible guidance that can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, plant-based, or other dietary preferences. For example, it recommends a certain amount of protein per day without requiring specific food sources. You choose what works for you! Examples of high-protein foods are provided for guidance.
Do I have to count calories or macros?
No, you are not required to count calories or track macros. The focus is on building awareness, consistency, and sustainable habits.
How do I stay motivated?
Some of your best workouts will happen when you are not feeling it! Stay motivated by engaging in the FB group, read my newsletters, contacting me via whatsapp or email. I am here for you!
